Inveteratus is a family owned and operated construction company founded by Veteran Michael (Mike) Sullivan. Mike served in the United States Air Force.

After the service, Mike began his professional career and flourished as a gifted salesman,  entrepreneur, and business man. Mike has been happily married for decades and has five children.

Mike Sullivan has served his community as an Ela Township Trustee and is currently the Jr. Vice Commander of American Legion Post #964 (Lake Zurich).
